Copy link to log in
After you receive the Linkus Login Email from your administrator, you can copy link to log in Linkus quickly.
Note:
- If you don’t receive the email, contact your administrator to resend Linkus Login Email.
- The login link is valid for 24 hours and can only be used once.
- Copy the Linkus login link.
- Open Linkus Desktop Client, and click Login via Link.
- Paste the link on Linkus.
- Select the checkbox of Auto Login to help you automatically log in Linkus next time.
- Click Login.
Linkus will detect the link and get the login information.
Scan QR code to log in
After you receive the Linkus Login Email from your administrator, you can scan QR code to log in Linkus quickly.
Note:
- If you don’t receive the email, contact your administrator to resend Linkus Login Email.
- The QR code is valid for 24 hours and can only be used once.
- Open Linkus Mobile Client, tap the QR button at the top right corner.
- Scan the QR code that is in the email.
Linkus will get the login information and log in automatically.
Log in by account
Contact your administrator to get the login information, then enter the login information on Linkus Client to log in Linkus manually.
Yeastar Cloud PBX
- On the Linkus login page, enter the following information.
- Username: Enter the email address that is associated with your extension.
- Password: Enter the extension’s User Password.
- SN/Domain: Enter the domain name of your PBX.
Note: If the SN/Domain field is non-editable, click Custom Settings, and uncheck the option Enable Custom Settings.
- Click Login.
Forget password
If you forget Linkus password, choose one of the following methods to retrieve your password.
- Contact administrator to resend an Linkus Login Email.
- Access the web page of your PBX (which acts as Linkus server) according to different Yeastar PBX products to retrieve your password.
Yeastar Cloud PBX
- Contact your administrator to get the domain of your PBX.
- Open your web browser, enter the PBX domain.
- On the PBX login page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address to reset your password.
The QR code or link has expired
The QR code and link are valid for 24 hours and both can be used once.
You can choose one of the following methods to log in Linkus.
- Contact administrator to resend an Linkus Login Email.
- Manually enter login information to log in Linkus.
Why don’t I get QR code in my email?
For security reasons, your email server may intercept the QR code.
Try to log in Linkus as follows.
Linkus for PC
Try to copy the link or manually enter login information to log in Linkus.
Linkus for Mobile
Try to manually enter login information to log in Linkus.
