We do not limit the number of concurrent calls, assume you have 100 users, all of your users would be able to do calls at the same time. (Either Internal or external calls)
However,
- if you are using PSTN or ISDN with our VoIP gateway, then for external calls, it’s limited to the number of PSTN or ISDN lines you subscribed to your provider.
- Same thing if you are using SIP Trunk, your SIP trunk provider would usually impose a concurrent external call limit.
Internal calls are not counted as it’s handled by PBX (Internal calls are referring extension to extension calls).
